What do you need to know / have before you start?

The loading of your product requires us to collect some vital information relating to each of the albums and/or songs you would like us to promote. 

This is a detailed process so it will help you if you have the following information available prior to starting.

1.       Copyright – Who owns the copyright for your album? For production of the album? For writing the songs?

2.       Performers/ Artists -Who performed on your album?  Each Song?

3.       Year in which the song was written and produced

4.       Release dates - for your product

5.       UPC / Barcodes / IRSC numbers - If you have distributed this album/EP/Song previously do you have your UPC/Barcodes and/or IRSC codes for your product? These numbers are unique for your products and should be re-used if already available.  (If not, we can issue these)

6.       Artwork – Do you have a professional photo/artwork you use to promote this product? It will need to be a minimum of 600 x 600 dpi up to 1200 x 1200 dpi.  The higher the DPI the better the quality of your product when it is distributed. If you don’t have artwork we will use a Musicoz Banner.

7.       Song Lengths in seconds – You will need to recalculate the song length from  “Min:SS” to Secs.  Eg 3m: 20s becomes (3 x 60) + 20 = 200 sec
