Location: Sydney Opera House - Concert Hall
Date: Tuesday 15th May 2012, 3.30pm-3am
STEP.1: TICKET COLLECTION - 3.30PM - 5.30PM
Location: ECQ Bar, Quay Grand - 61 Macquarie Street, Circular Quay
All finalists to collect ticket/pass at least 30 minutes prior to Red Carpet. Please see Run Sheet for Red Carpet schedule.
STEP.2: PROCEED TO RED CARPET
Walk or Limo transfer to Red Carpet at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled Red Carpet time.
Please Note: Media have been briefed on Red Carpet schedule. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE THERE ON TIME.
STEP.3: WALK THE RED CARPET
Your genre has been allocated a specific Red Carpet time and the media will be expecting you at this time. IF YOU A FINALIST IN MORE THAN ONE GENRE PLEASE ATTEND THE FIRST RED CARPET CATEGORY
FOR WHICH YOU ARE ELIGIBLE
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE THERE ON TIME OR PRIOR
STEP.4: PROCEED TO NORTHERN FOYER
Pre-show entertainment and an opportunity to meet/mingle with fellow finalists and industry names.
STEP.5: 6.30-6.45PM. TAKE SEATS IN CONCERT HALL
DUE TO LIVE BROADCAST ALL FINALISTS MUST BE SEATED BY 6.50PM.
STEP.6: 8.35-9.00PM - INTERVAL
All finalists to be seated by 8.55pm.
This year's Musicoz Awards will be broadcast LIVE through YOUTUBE TV and Big Pond T Boxes. We ask all finalists please adhere to the schedule outlined below.
